At G+ PRiNT (Graphic Plus Pvt. Ltd.), we specialize in customized printing services. Most of our products are printed based on the exact specifications approved by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of printing, returns and refunds are limited.
1. Custom Printed Products
All products ordered from www.gplusprint.com are produced according to customer-approved specifications, including but not limited to:
- Size and dimensions
- Materials and paper types
- Colors and finishing
- Design and layout
- Text content and proof approval
Once the customer approves the final proof or order confirmation, production begins. Therefore, custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded due to customer errors such as:
- Incorrect spelling or content in the approved design
- Wrong size or material selected
- Color differences due to screen display variations
- Change of mind after printing has started
2. Print Quality Issues
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If the delivered product contains printing defects or quality issues caused by our production process, we will review the issue and may offer:
- Free reprint of the affected items, or
- Partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Examples of acceptable quality issues include:
- Incorrect printing different from the approved proof
- Major color errors caused during printing
- Physical damage during production
3. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order has a printing defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the printed product showing the issue
- A short description of the problem

4. Review Process
Our team will review the issue and compare it with the approved design proof and order details. If the error is confirmed to be from our side, we will arrange a reprint or appropriate resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of printing, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized printed materials
- Design-approved products
- Orders printed as per customer instructions
6. Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note that colors displayed on digital screens may differ slightly from printed colors due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.
